Define an HTTP request or application command with an explicit schedule, retry policy, and observable verification result.
Resolve the target
Use a healthy NEO App service plus path or an approved complete HTTPS URL.
Configure execution
Set schedule, timezone, method, timeout, retries, and concurrency policy. GET and HEAD should not carry a body.
Protect request secrets
Headers and body secrets use write-only references and never appear in URL, prompt, logs, or screenshots.
Run once
After creation, trigger one manual run and inspect status, duration, logs, and the expected external effect.
